Turning communities into Smart Communities
Community Tool Kit
Keeping community initiatives sustainable is a daily challenge that many associations face. Getting residents to make a contribution that is small but fair can inspire change, improvements and have a positive effect on your community. Each of us have a responsibility to do our part to give back.
Any person or business that contributes money to their local Community Benefit Organisations via Smart Communities will receive a Section 18A certificate.*
We help local businesses increase their customer traffic by encouraging them to reward community members that care, and help community-based organisations collect more funds, through the Smart Communities app.
Associations, residents and local businesses, all win. Contact us to learn more

What is a Section 18A?

Smart Communities is working closely with residents, businesses and community to create a better future for all.
